Downloading Instructions

  1. Download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader, if you do not have it.

    Get Adobe Reader

  2. Click on the name of the form or document you would like to download. Acrobat will load and open the document you want. (This may take a few seconds.)
  3. On the Acrobat tool bar, Click Print to print immediately, or click Save to keep and print later.
  4. If you want to download another document, click the Back button on your browser to return to the Handbook page.
  5. Then click on the next document you want to download and repeat the process.
